Background:

The residents in these appartments i Eindhoven has a view to this roof so it was chosen to install a sedumroof. In addition, the nicely kept green area below offers the residents and people working in the building a place of relaxation.  

Solution:

 Oldroyd Green 10B was the choise for drainage membrane, it was rolled out over a waterproofing membrane. Then the 5 cm layer of substrate was spread out and finally the sedummats was rolled out.

Result:

The residents now enjoys the view to a beautiful sedumroof who is kept in good condition by Van Helvoirt Green Projects.
